Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks a Senior Data Engineer, Marketing & Analytics, to design, build and own data pipelines powering AI/ML, Amplitude, and product analytics for tier-one clients. You will shape data strategy, ensure high-quality data, and mentor junior engineers within a modern data stack (GCP, Snowflake, Matillion, Rudderstack).

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years engineering experience.
• Client-facing and consulting skills.
• Strong data governance and privacy knowledge (GDPR, CCPA).
• Experience with Amplitude and Tableau/BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of scalable data pipelines on GCP and Snowflake.
• Own end-to-end data ingestion, transformation, and integration from multiple sources.
• Define data models (star/snowflake, data vault), and optimize for analytics and AI/ML.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure coding best practices and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with analytics scientists, product managers, and client teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.
