Qualifications

• Senior-level data professional with BI development and data engineering capabilities.
• Strong Oracle Database and SQL skills, plus Power BI experience.
• Experience in data analysis, profiling, validation and quality assurance.
• Ability to translate business requirements into reporting solutions and perform UAT.
• Comfortable working with regulated health data and supporting production reporting.

Responsibilities

• Stabilize and improve the tactical reporting solution post go-live.
• Reduce manual data preparation and improve reporting processes.
• Develop, enhance and maintain operational reports with Power BI.
• Automate validation and reconciliation controls.
• Provide production reporting support during initial cycles.
• Engage with business users to collect requirements and validate outputs.
• Document the solution and data flows.
