Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT or related field
• Minimum of 7 years in cybersecurity engineering and architecture
• Experience leading technical teams and managing security projects
• Expertise in network security, cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), and application security
• Strong threat modeling, risk assessment, and incident management practices
• Proficiency in security scripting and automation tools
• Experience with SIEM solutions (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR platforms
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy and roadmaps across the organization
• Architect, deploy, and manage security solutions including firewalls, SIEM, and EDR
• Oversee threat intelligence programs and mitigate emerging threats
• Mentor and manage a team of cybersecurity engineers
• Conduct security audits and penetration testing to remediate vulnerabilities
• Develop incident response plans and lead response during incidents
• Integrate security into SDLC and infrastructure projects
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Evaluate new security technologies and methodologies
• Champion security awareness across the organization
