Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, data science, computer science, engineering or econometrics.
• Postgraduate degree is advantageous for advanced roles.
• Strong programming and data handling skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end CX analytics projects from scoping to stakeholder communication.
• Analyse customer, call centre and feedback data to identify drivers of satisfaction and demand.
• Lead design and evaluation of experiments and service improvements with business impact.
• Deliver NPS, complaints and customer journey analyses to identify friction and opportunities.
