Job summary

GoTyme Bank South Africa is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to independently own end-to-end CX analytics projects, spanning data prep, analysis, modelling, validation and stakeholder communication. You will work across call centre analytics, customer feedback, NPS and journey analyses to drive practical improvements.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in data science or customer analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, data science, computer science, engineering or econometrics.
• Postgraduate degree advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CX analytics projects from scoping to stakeholder communication.
• Analyze customer, transactional, call centre and feedback data to identify drivers of satisfaction and demand.
• Lead design and evaluation of experiments and service improvements with business impact.
• Deliver analyses of NPS, complaints and customer journeys to identify friction and improvements.
• Develop features and model inputs from structured and unstructured data, ensuring quality and documentation.
• Lead or contribute to predictive models and text analytics for sentiment and outcomes.
• Define monitoring for model and CX performance, drift and data quality.
