Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with a portfolio of key clients.
• Understand client objectives and help leverage services to reach goals.
• Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
• Identify risks to retention and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive adoption and expansion of services within accounts.
• Liaise between clients and internal teams to meet needs.
• Onboard new clients with training and support for smooth transitions.
• Gather feedback and advocate for client needs to drive improvements.
• Monitor client health scores and take action to improve them.
