Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, relevance, and pedagogical soundness of content.
• Develop learning objectives, assessment strategies, and instructional materials that align with curriculum goals.
• Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies, including project-based learning, inquiry-based learning, and technology integration.
• Oversee the review and revision process for existing curricula to maintain currency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and guide junior curriculum developers and content creators.
• Ensure all developed curricula meet required quality standards and accessibility guidelines.
• Manage curriculum development projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in a relevant STEM field (e.g., Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or Education with a STEM focus.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational program development, with a strong emphasis on STEM.
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design frameworks and adult learning principles.
• Proven ability to lead projects and teams in a remote work setting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and educational technologies.
• Portfolio showcasing successful STEM curriculum development projects is highly desirable.
