Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of proven curriculum development and instructional design experience.
- Experience with ADDIE or SAM models and learning technologies.
- Proficiency with LMS and authoring tools.
- Strong portfolio and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop curricula and instructional materials aligned with objectives and standards.
- Lead the instructional design process from analysis to assessment.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into engaging content.
- Pilot and evaluate curriculum initiatives with data-driven tweaks to improve effectiveness.
- Mentor junior curriculum developers and share best practices.
