DO MORE Placements seeks a strong, detail-driven Senior Creditors / Junior Accountant to manage supplier invoices in Claremont, CPT. You'll own processing, reconciliation and follow-ups within a busy finance team and grow into broader responsibilities.

Ensure accuracy, apply discounts when appropriate, and maintain files. The role offers growth in a purpose-led environment with solid Excel and Pastel skills required.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Bookkeeping.
• Basic accounting knowledge and ability to recognise valid tax invoices and credit notes.
• Solid Excel skills and experience with Pastel accounting software.
• Creditors processing experience of at least 3 years.

Responsabilités

• Capture and process all supplier invoices accurately in the accounting system.
• Verify approvals and code invoices to correct suppliers and GL accounts.
• Reconcile supplier statements with payments and investigate discrepancies.
• Communicate with suppliers on outstanding invoices and resolutions.
• Process stock and petty cash journals and prepare journal entries as needed.
• Load approved payments and post intercompany allocations to ensure proper charging.
