Exceed Human Resource Consultants in Cape Town seeks an Accounting Assistant to capture supplier transactions, reconcile accounts and support store builds. The role is office-based in Claremont and requires a degree or diploma in accounting, strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

You will issue POs, process invoices, and liaise with project managers to ensure budgets are accurate and up to date. Immediate availability is advantageous.

Qualificações

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting essential.
• Previous creditors experience and/or asset capturing and reconciliation experience essential.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Sound accounting knowledge, including tax invoices, credit notes, journals and payment terms.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Pastel Partner experience advantageous.
• Retail or restaurant industry experience advantageous.
• Reliable, organised and committed to a long-term opportunity.
• Must be comfortable working fully office-based in Claremont.
• Immediate availability or a one-month notice period advantageous.
