Fempower Personnel is seeking a seasoned Credit and Collections Manager for a leading logistics company. The role focuses on optimizing accounts receivable processes across freight forwarding, warehousing, and last-mile delivery, driving cash flow and reducing risk.

Lead a high-performing team, shape credit policies, and ensure SAP-enabled controls align with business objectives while delivering timely repayments and excellent customer relations.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant experience in credit management, collections, or accounts receivable.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and risk management techniques.
• Excellent customer relations skills.
• Sound knowledge of credit policies and collection strategies.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of Credit and Collections and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Oversee and monitor the delivery and quality of credit and collections activities to minimize risk and ensure timely repayments.
• Develop and ensure compliance with credit management policies.
• Review account statuses and outstanding balances to prioritize collections and maintain customer accounts.
• Resolve difficult credit issues, review escalations, and oversee timely follow-up on overdue accounts.
