Qualifications

• Experience in a creative/advertising/brand environment (5-10 years).
• Proven track record of developing big creative ideas and campaigns.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and storytelling.
• Experience working across integrated campaigns (digital, retail, ATL/BTL).
• Ability to translate business objectives into creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of innovative, high-impact creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Generate platformable ideas that can scale across retail, digital, and CRM channels.
• Translate briefs into compelling narratives, themes, and creative territories.
• Mentor and guide designers, copywriters and creative specialists on assigned projects.
• Provide constructive creative feedback to elevate work quality and conceptual thinking.
• Support the Creative Strategic Lead in maintaining creative standards across the department.
• Act as a senior creative escalation point when required.
• Lead the creative development of campaigns from concept through to execution guidance, under the strategic direction of the Creative Strategic Lead.
