Qualifications

• 5–8 years marketing and project management experience.
• 2+ years leadership or team management experience.
• Experience managing multiple marketing campaigns and large-scale projects.
• Experience working with agencies, suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing project management frameworks, processes and standards.
• Partner with Marketing, Commercial and Executive teams to translate objectives into actionable plans.
• Lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, events, activations and launches.
• Ensure projects align to brand strategy and commercial objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the Senior Marketing Project Coordinator.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and workflows.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and campaign performance enhancement.
• Oversee multiple marketing projects from inception through completion.
• Monitor progress, risks and budget; ensure on-time delivery.
