Placements24 is seeking an innovative Senior Cosmetic Formulation Chemist to lead advanced product development from concept to commercialization. This is a fully remote role within a global R&D team, requiring deep expertise in cosmetic chemistry and regulatory compliance.

You will design and optimize skincare, haircare, and color formulations, supervise junior chemists, and collaborate with marketing, regulatory, and manufacturing to ensure safe, high quality products.

Formación

• Master's or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of cosmetic formulation experience.
• Extensive knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and safety profiles.
• Experience with various cosmetic product types and manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of international cosmetic regulations (FDA, EU).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
