You will play a key role in advising senior management on legal strategies and ensuring the company operates within all legal and ethical boundaries. The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-motivated legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and a proven ability to manage complex legal issues independently in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements and strategic partnership deals.
• Manage and oversee various legal projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions as needed.

Requirements
