You will lead governance advice, manage major corporate transactions, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, and conduct due diligence for investments, while ensuring privacy and reporting compliance.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with 8+ years in corporate/commercial law.
• Proven track record in significant corporate transactions and governance advice.
• Strong knowledge of international business law and cross-border matters.

Responsibilities
