Responsibilities

• Advise on and draft complex commercial contracts, joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Provide strategic advice on governance matters and regulatory compliance.
• Manage disputes, litigation, and regulatory investigations as needed.
• Coordinate with external counsel and regulatory bodies.
