Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney or Advocate with at least 8 years in corporate law.
• Strong expertise in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, and securities law.
• Proven ability to manage complex legal projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance, securities law, and compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate significant commercial agreements and corporate documents.
• Oversee regulatory filings and maintain ongoing compliance with relevant laws.
• Advise on risk management strategies and dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement legal best practices across the organization.
