Qualifications

• Admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa with at least 8 years post-qualification experience.
• Extensive experience in corporate, commercial, and contract law.
• Proven experience in high-value transactions and complex corporate structuring.
• Strong governance knowledge and company secretarial duties.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in Stellenbosch or surrounding regions is advantageous.
