Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, supervising governance programs, handling disputes, and advising senior management on critical matters. The role demands 7+ years PQE and admission as an attorney.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with 7+ years post-qualification experience, preferably in corporate law or top-tier firms.
• Proven expertise in corporate law, commercial agreements, and compliance matters.
• Strong understanding of South African regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
