Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney or Advocate of the High Court of South Africa.
• 7+ years post-qualification experience in corporate law.
• Proven track record in handling complex corporate transactions and commercial negotiations.
• Strong understanding of South African corporate and company law.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Requirements
