Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer to lead its property law division in East London. The role requires mastery of conveyancing, property transfers, and related documentation, plus the ability to manage a team of conveyancers and paralegals.

You will drive accuracy and client satisfaction by overseeing transactions, drafting documents, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with Deeds Registries Act and other regulations.

Qualifications

• Admitted attorney or qualified conveyancer with at least 6 years' hands-on experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex property transfers, sectional title schemes and developments.
• In-depth knowledge of the Deeds Registries Act and related property legislation.
• Strong drafting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all conveyancing processes including transfers, registrations, and bonds.
• Draft, review and finalize all property transaction documents.
