Job summary

Marvel Placement Consultants seeks a Senior Contracts & Procurement Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of mining-related contracts on site in Klerksdorp, North West. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma and at least 8 years in contract administration within mining, EPCM, construction, or heavy industry.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 and a relevant degree or diploma as listed.

Responsibilities

• Administer the full lifecycle of engineering, construction and service contracts from award through to close-out.
• Maintain a comprehensive contract register and contract repository.
• Ensure all contractual documentation, correspondence and records remain accurate and audit ready.
• Track contractual milestones, commencement dates, renewals, expiry dates and notice periods.
• Monitor contractor compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.
