You will draft, review, and negotiate service, supply, and partnership contracts, manage performance, and collaborate with Legal, Procurement and Finance to protect the company’s interests and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of contract management or related legal experience.
• Strong contract law knowledge and negotiation experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with contract management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities
