Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts, including service agreements, supply contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation and negotiation to execution and closeout.

• Maintain an organized repository of all contracts and related documentation.

Requirements
