Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for construction projects in Richards Bay. You will oversee all phases from planning and design to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

This role requires leadership, excellent organization, and a deep understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations and contract management. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors and clients in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project management.
• Deep knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Manage planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Oversee site operations ensuring safety, quality, and specs.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain project documentation including contracts and permits.
