• Develop and execute detailed project plans including scope, scheduling, budgeting, and resources.
• Lead and manage site teams including contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Oversee all construction phases ensuring code compliance and design adherence.
• Manage procurement, tender processes, contractor selection, and contracts.
