Job summary

Time Personnel is seeking an experienced Project Manager for building/construction projects in South Africa. The role requires SACPCMP registration and a strong technical background across structures, methods, materials, and trades.

You will read architectural and engineering drawings, plan schedules, and liaise with diverse teams to keep projects on track. Responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle, coordinating between architects and site teams, and ensuring safety and compliance to

Qualifications

Must hold SACPCMP registration and have 5–8 years’ experience in managing building/construction projects.
Strong technical understanding of building structures, construction methods, materials and trades.
Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings & specifications.
Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office for project planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

Manage full project lifecycle from briefing to handover.
Develop and maintain detailed project programmes and milestones.
Source and manage contractors and suppliers, including tendering and negotiations.
Coordinate daily between architects, engineers, quantity surveyors and site teams.
Anticipate bottlenecks and resolve issues before delays occur.
