Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee projects in Klerksdorp and the broader North West region, delivering results.

Lead a project team through planning, scheduling, budgeting, safety, and quality control, while coordinating with subcontractors, clients, and suppliers.

This leadership role focuses on on-time delivery within budget, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across high-value infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and timelines for large-scale construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with project management software and a strong understanding of the construction landscape in Klerksdorp.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate and supervise site operations, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality control measures, and environmental standards on site.
