Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Senior Construction Planner to develop, analyze, and maintain master schedules for large-scale construction projects. You will work with globally distributed teams from a remote location, applying advanced scheduling techniques and risk assessment to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires expert Primavera P6 proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual environment across EPC and Design-Build

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in construction planning and scheduling, with large-scale projects.
• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 Professional (EPPM/Oracle) or similar scheduling software.
• Thorough understanding of construction means and methods, project phasing, and sequencing.
• Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain master schedules for complex construction projects using Primavera P6 or similar software.
• Analyze scope, requirements, and resources to create realistic construction timelines.
• Perform critical path analysis and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams remotely to ensure schedule accuracy.
• Monitor progress against baseline schedule and forecast completion dates.
• Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of schedules with contractual obligations and client requirements.
• Contribute to best practices in construction planning and scheduling.
• Provide guidance to junior planners and project team members.
