Our client, a reputable firm specializing in the construction of industrial facilities, is seeking a seasoned and highly skilled Senior Construction Foreman to supervise on-site operations in Vereeniging, Gauteng . This role requires a hands‑on leader with extensive practical experience in managing construction teams and ensuring the efficient and safe execution of building works. You will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, supervising trades, ensuring quality control, and upholding stringent health and safety standards on a busy construction site. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to motivate and guide a workforce effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily on-site construction activities, including coordinating trades and managing work schedules.
• Ensure all construction work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Manage and motivate the site labor force, ensuring productivity and adherence to company standards.
• Conduct regular toolbox talks and enforce health and safety regulations on site.
• Monitor the quality of workmanship, ensuring it meets the required standards.
• Oversee the use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with the Site Manager and other project staff on progress and any issues arising.
• Ensure site is kept clean, organized, and secure.
• Report on daily activities, workforce status, and any challenges encountered.

Requirements
