Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily construction activities on site.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing labour and subcontractors effectively.
• Knowledge of relevant South African building codes and regulations.
• Trade qualification or relevant certification in construction is highly desirable.
