Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role within the financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of South African financial regulations (e.g., FICA, FAIS, POPIA).
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency with compliance management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on adjustments.
• Investigate potential compliance breaches and recommend actions.
• Prepare regulatory reports for authorities.
• Provide compliance training across the organization.
