Job summary

Tiger Brands invites a seasoned regulatory compliance lead to own the Group's compliance programme, translating strategy into annual plans, policies and frameworks, and managing external advisors and compliance technology.

You will interface with regulators and senior leadership, drive risk-based monitoring, and build a centralised regulatory knowledge centre while ensuring licensing, reporting and governance are robust.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in regulatory compliance, governance or company secretariat roles
• Proven experience managing an end-to-end compliance programme and reporting to governance structures
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct line authority

Responsibilities

• Own the compliance universe, set annual risk management plans and direct monitoring and assurance
• Enforce group compliance policy with clear roles and oversight of tasks
• Engage with regulators and industry bodies, maintain formal relationships
• Develop and maintain the management framework of group policies and guide change management
• Prepare and present compliance reports to ExCo and Board committees
