Job summary

FNB in Johannesburg seeks a Senior Compliance Project Manager to coordinate planning, budgeting and delivery of large, multi-system projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure governance, and drive regulatory-compliant payments programs across the SDLC.

Candidates must have CAPM/PMP or equivalent, 5+ years of project management experience and 3–5 years in agile and waterfall environments, with a background in Compliance & Payments.

Qualifications

• CAPM, PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing medium to complex projects.
• 3–5 years in an agile and waterfall environment.
• Experience in Compliance & Payments.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage the planning process with clear scope, goals and deliverables.
• Manage project resources (people, procurement, systems, time and budget) across the lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional teams through multiple project phases and SDLC.
• Coordinate concurrent projects ensuring governance and quality of deliverables.
• Oversee compliance Payments programs, conduct risk assessments, monitor acquiring activities.
• Advise on Visa, Mastercard, UPI PASA and SARB regulatory changes.
