The ideal candidate has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or related degree, 4+ years in compliance, and familiarity with FAIS, FICA, and POPIA. Hybrid work offers office and remote flexibility in Vereeniging.

Qualifikationen

• A legal/finance background with at least 4 years in regulatory compliance.
• Admitted as Attorney or Advocate advantageous but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of South African regulations (FAIS, FICA, POPIA).
