WesBank is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to implement the Group's compliance frameworks across the Toyota Financial Services portfolio. You will lead a team of specialists, partner with business stakeholders, and ensure adherence to NCA, CPA, FAIS, FICA, POPIA and AML/KYC requirements.

You will design CRMPs and monitoring programs, conduct risk assessments, report on trends, deliver regulatory training, and foster a strong culture of governance and ethical conduct.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Compliance or related field.
• 5+ years in Compliance roles in Financial Services.
• Experience with CRMPs and regulatory advisory.
• Strong knowledge of NCA, CPA, FAIS, FICA, POPIA and AML/KYC.

Responsabilidades

• Provide regulatory advisory to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain CRMPs and monitoring programmes.
• Identify risks, control weaknesses, and remediations.
• Conduct monitoring, risk assessments, and reviews.
• Deliver regulatory training and awareness.
• Interface with internal and external partners.
