Job summary

PEP is seeking a Commercial & Retail Analytics Lead to guide delivery, quality and enablement across the commercial and retail analytics portfolio. This senior, player-coach role supports Cellular, PAXI, PEPmoney and eCommerce analytics, ensuring analysts deliver trusted, standardised insights that drive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Require business degree with analytical/commercial subjects.
• 6–8 years in data analytics or related role.
• 2+ years in a lead/mentoring capacity.
• Experience coordinating analytics across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with data engineering teams.
• Retail, FMCG, telco, financial services, ecommerce or customer analytics helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics delivery across Cellular, PAXI, PEPmoney and eCommerce.
• Manage priorities, delivery rhythms, workplans and escalations across analysts and data engineering support.
• Review outputs to ensure dashboards, reports and executive packs are accurate and decision-ready.
• Build consistent KPI definitions, reporting logic, QA checks, reconciliations and dashboards.
• Coach and develop analysts to improve technical quality, commercial judgement and stakeholder confidence.
• Support insights linked to operating profit growth, transaction volume and product performance.
