The ideal candidate has 8+ years post-qualification experience as an admitted attorney, with a track record in mining or resources-related commercial transactions and risk management.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience focused on commercial law.
• Proven experience advising on complex commercial transactions and corporate matters.
• In-depth knowledge of South African company law, contract law, and industry regulations.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements including supply, procurement, and joint venture contracts.
• Provide strategic legal advice on governance, compliance, and risk management.
