Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of credit analysis or related financial experience.
• Strong ability to analyze financial statements and cash flow.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling is essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, credit reports and data to assess credit risk of commercial loan applicants.
• Prepare credit memorandums and recommendations for loan approvals or rejections.
• Monitor performance of existing loan portfolios and identify potential risks.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct industry and market analysis to support credit decisions.
• Develop relationships with loan officers and relationship managers.
• Assist in loan restructuring and workout situations when necessary.
• Stay informed about economic conditions impacting credit risk.
