Job summary

Placements24 in Centurion is seeking a meticulous and experienced Legal Advisor specializing in contracts to strengthen our legal team. The role focuses on ensuring contracts are legally sound, commercially viable, and protective of the company’s interests.

You will draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of agreements, provide guidance to stakeholders, and lead contract templates and training to staff while maintaining a central contract repository.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney or qualified Legal Advisor with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract law principles and relevant legislation.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, and supply contracts.
• Advise business stakeholders on contractual terms, risks, and obligations.
• Maintain and organize a central repository of all company contracts.
• Develop and refine contract templates and standard clauses.
