nCino is seeking a skilled professional to implement and optimize client-focused Salesforce-based banking solutions. You will work on configuring product features, ensuring data integrity, and aligning workbook outputs to nCino configurations while collaborating with client teams.

Ideal candidates have Salesforce architecture experience, relevant certifications, and comfort with data encryption, integrations, and automation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years related experience.
• 2+ years Salesforce.com architecture experience.
• Salesforce App Builder and Salesforce Administrator Certifications.
• Experience with analysis, definition and implementation of Architecture-based solutions.
• Knowledge of data encryption methods.
• Experience with AutoRABIT, Copado, SFX.
• Experience with Smartsheet and Jira.
• Position may require some travel.

Responsibilities

• Independently sets up and installs technical systems or processes for clients.
• Supports clients with initial access, data mapping and transfer.
• Creates process documentation and coordinates client training.
• Configures most product features independently.
• Marrys workbook outputs to nCino configuration.
• Understands nCino data model and extension points.
• Troubleshoots via deliberate configuration changes and testing.
• Uses Salesforce Platform automation and data integrity tools for product expansion.
• Employs nCino UX tools and ensures alignment with Salesforce security.
• Performs feature quality control and testing.
• Utilizes complementary tools introduced by nCino.
• Demonstrates understanding of common integrations.
• Leverages AI tools to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Keeps up with AI advances for scalable growth.
