Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee operational and quality aspects of allocated studies, in compliance with ICH GCP, with potential to assume CSM responsibilities on smaller projects.

You will develop monitoring plans, coordinate start-up activities, support client meetings, and ensure timely delivery of clinical deliverables while managing budgets and resources across international sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of clinical trial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical operational and quality aspects of allocated studies in compliance with ICH GCP.
• Develop clinical tools (e.g. Monitoring Plan, Monitoring Guidelines) and contribute to the Master Action Plan.
• Coordinate with project manager for client meetings and hand-offs.
• Ensure timely deliverables and monitor timelines and metrics.
• Coordinate start-up activities and regulatory submissions where appropriate.
• Provide input into forecast estimates and manage resources and budgets.
