ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead country-level delivery, ensuring studies meet protocol, GCP, regulatory, budget and timeline requirements. You will guide local study teams from start-up to close-out, maintaining inspection readiness and quality control.

The role requires oversight of budgets, contracts, and TMF/eTMF, with travel ~25% and collaboration across global study teams to drive patient recruitment and successful delivery.

• Lead Local Study Teams (CRAs and support) to deliver studies on time, budget, and quality.
• Oversee country-level start-up: feasibility, site qualification, regulatory submissions, activation.
• Manage country progress, identify risks, implement mitigation, resolve issues.
• Oversee site monitoring and provide guidance to CRAs on protocol and GCP compliance.
• Manage budgets, investigator contracts, site payments, TMF/eTMF documentation, audits.
• Collaborate with global teams to support patient recruitment and study delivery.
