The role emphasizes risk management, financial oversight, stakeholder communication, and coaching of junior staff, with involvement in bid defense and clinical operations strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in health care or other scientific discipline required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Science or equivalent degree.
• Bachelor's Degree required for pharmacy, nursing, and physiotherapy education.

Responsabilités

• Ensure clinical delivery of projects in compliance with regulatory requirements (ICH-GCP, protocol) and contractual expectations.
• Meet recruitment targets and implement recruitment strategies.
• Develop and manage project risk mitigation plans and clinical quality standards.
• Oversee project finances, including EAC and changes against baseline, and identify growth opportunities.
