Job summary

IQVIA in South Africa is seeking a Global Site Contracts Manager to oversee clinical trial budgets and lead negotiation activities on a global scale. Based in Centurion, Bloemfontein or Bellville, this full-time role coordinates with sites and sponsors to ensure timely execution of agreements.

You will develop contracting strategies, templates, and systems, manage timelines, and drive performance. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare, 3–5 years

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare.
3–5 years of relevant experience.
Strong negotiating and communication skills.
Thorough understanding of regulated clinical trial environment and drug development process.
Self-starter with proven ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Oversee clinical trial budgets and negotiate contracts with sites and sponsors.
Serve as primary contact for investigative sites and sponsors.
Track completion of all contractual documents for sites.
Establish project timelines and manage contracting goals and metrics.
Develop complex contracting strategies and coordinate investigator grants as applicable.
Create contract and budget templates, systems, tools, processes and training materials.
