Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant contract management or clinical trial experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to challenge.
• Good understanding of regulated clinical trial environment and drug development process.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, negotiate and manage clinical trial agreements with sites and sponsors.
• Serve as primary contact for investigative sites and sponsors.
• Ensure tracking of all contractual documents for sites.
• Establish project timelines and drive performance.
• Develop contracting strategies and coordinate investigator grants as needed.
• Create contract templates and contracting systems and training materials.
