• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for seamless program execution.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Develop and optimize processes for efficiency and quality.
• Manage resource allocation and workload balancing.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines.
• Act as point of contact for sponsors and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide performance of operations staff.
• Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate program progress and risks to leadership.
