You will collaborate with departments such as Data Management, Regulatory Affairs, and Biostatistics, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in clinical operations with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Experience across Phase I–IV clinical trials.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, team management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the clinical operations department, including project planning, resource allocation, and team development.
• Oversee the execution of multiple clinical trials from initiation through close-out.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH and company SOPs.
• Develop and manage trial budgets and timelines with efficient resource utilization.
• Collaborate with Data Management, Regulatory Affairs, Biostatistics to ensure seamless trial execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with sites, vendors and sponsors.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Monitor trial progress, identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Recruit, train, and mentor clinical research staff.
• Contribute to business development and proposal development.
