Accenture in South Africa’s Partners in Performance team is seeking a leader to drive end-to-end engagements and manage a skilled team. You will coach and manage client relationships while delivering tangible results across diverse industries.

You will bring outstanding academic results and a strong quantitative background, with proven problem-solving and coaching abilities to develop consultants and deliver impact.

Qualifications

• Outstanding academic results.
• University degree or equivalent experience with a strong emphasis on quantitative skills, especially: Engineering, Commerce/Economics & Mathematics/Science.
• MBA would be an advantage.
• Double degrees and Postgraduate degrees are highly regarded in our firm.
• Demonstrated passion for results with a track record of achieving tough targets under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to structure and prioritise effort and ask the right questions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to coach, influence and build trust with senior managers.
• Propensity to coach and guide younger consultants to deliver results.
• Strong communication skills to construct compelling arguments with right facts.
• Ability to influence and multitask while managing deadlines.
• Alignment with Partners in Performance values.

Responsibilities

• Leading engagements within the Partners in Performance team.
• Leading a team of Senior Associates, Associates and/or Business Analysts.
• Ensuring engagement delivery, collaboration and client satisfaction.
• Coaching and managing the client relationship and outcomes.
• Driving end-to-end process control with entrepreneurial spirit.
